PAKISTAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (PCAA) OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME a NEIGHBORHOOD OF CAA'S PROFESSIONAL TEAM .

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of a professional individuals to fill the subsequent available positions where selection are going to be made purely on suitability and merit:

01.Director Finance (EG-09)

01 Position on Merit Contract: 03 years (extendable on satisfactory performance) payment Monthly Salary: Rs. 1,000,000/- Per Month with 5% annual increment.

Quaification:

CA (Fellowship) / ACCA (Fellowship) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/FCMA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from HEC recognized university. Professional Qualification like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Chartered securities analyst (CFA) / Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar would be advantageous .

EXPERIENCE :

Minimum post qualification experience of 15 years in any well reputed Organization (additional experience would be advantageous) a minimum of five (05) years experience on a senior management position
Experience in any aviation industry or public sector organization would be advantageous.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Large Knowledge of International Accounting Standards In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices • Large knowledge of monetary analysis, financial statistics and forecasting •
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation . Proficient within the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Oracle / SAP etc..) Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities.

AGE :

Maximum 57 years aged (including all age relaxations)

02.Flight Inspector Pilot (equivalent to EG-07)

05 Positions on Merit
Contract: 03 years (extendable on satisfactory performance)
payment Monthly Salary: Rs. 675,000/- Per Month with 5% Annual Increment.

Quaification:

Minimum Bachelors degree from HEC recognized University QUALIFICATION Holding a legitimate ATPL with a current type rating on one among the Commercial / Military Transport Aircraft types registered in Pakistan.
Not but 5000 Hrs as Pilot in-Command of Civil or Military air transportation Aircraft

EXPERIENCE:

10 years or more experience in Commercial or Military air transportation Aeroplane as a Pilot Must have an adequate experience of working in an Airline or Military air transportation Organization Should have held previous appointments in Commercial Airline as Designated Examiner/Instructor (SFI/TRI/SFE/TRE Experience in operational management would be preferred.
Should have broad knowledge of air transportation Operations, Meteorology and Climatology & auditing techniques.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with technical training & flight simulating training devices including visual aids and artificial training devices
Experience of completing statistical analysis of aviation activities and monitoring of airlines' reliability program
Large knowledge of Civil Aviation Rules, ANOS, ICAO SARPS and other applicable regulations
Well Verse IT & MS Office application
Knowledge of State Safety Program & Management System
Experience in auditing techniques.

Age:

Maximum 62 years aged AGE

Terms of Reference:

For the position mentioned at Serial no. 02, selected / appointed candidates at the purpose of separation, due to any reason, shall obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from PCAA, just in case he/she intends to hitch locally operating Airline / Aviation Organization.
Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements, incomplete application shall not be considered.
Test / Interview are going to be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta that separate notices are going to be issued (depending on the amount of candidates).
The candidates to be involved the interview need to produce original documents for necessary verification while appearing for the interview
No TA/DA is not allowed for test / interview.
Appointment are going to be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards
Selected candidates are going to be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of CAA.
Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations are going to be required to submit NOC from current employer before interview.
Misinformation and any plan to influence the choice process are going to be considered as a particular disqualification for current also as future recruitment in CAA, albeit the candidate is otherwise qualified.
Just in case , any educational documents or the other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect/fake / bogus at any stage, th services of selected candidate are going to be terminated immediately and he/she are going to be blacklisted in future.
